  • Cynthia Lee Andersen

    Cynthia Lee Andersen Cynthia graduated with honors from Wheaton College, Norton, Massachusetts in 1979 and graduated with honors from Western New England College School of Law in 1987 having been awarded two American Jurisprudence Awards: in Medical Malpractice and in Secured Transactions. She is a partner with her father in the Westfield law firm, Andersen & Lee, P.C. located at 70 Court Street. Cynthia helps people who have been injured; people who have lost a loved one or who wish to protect their loved ones through will and trusts; and she provides representation to numerous small and medium sized businesses in the Westfield area.

    Cynthia was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar February, 1988 and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts June, 1992.

    Cynthia is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Hampden County Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Hampden County.

    Cynthia is committed to helping the community. Some of her community service has been as Past President of the Westfield Woman's Club, the Past Chairman of the Westfield Theatre Group, the Past Chairman of the Board of the Noble Visiting Nurse Association and past member of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Westfield.

    Cynthia lives in Westfield with her husband, Larry, and their three kids.

    EdwardEdward Lee was born in Somerville, Massachusetts in 1922. After serving in the Navy, he graduated from Boston College Law School, J.D., 1950 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1951. After graduation from law school, he worked as a BranchClaim Manager for Kemper Insurance Company before going into private practice in 1957.

    During the years 1960 through 1963, Edward held the office of City Solicitor and City Prosecutor for the City of Westfield. He was also elected to Westfield School Committee, served as Town Counsel for the Town of Russell from 1959 to 1963 and served as Town Counsel for the Town of Tolland from 1967 to 1970. Edward served as President of Citizens' Scholarship Foundation of Westfield and he served as Chairman of the Board for 8 years and remains active with Citizens's Scholarship Foundation of America, Inc., now known as Scholarship America. In 1982, he received the Paul Harris Fellowship Award which "is presented to Rotarians who exemplify the credo of Rotary,....Service Above Self...." The Massachusetts Bar Association presented Edward the Community Service Award in 1992.

    Edward is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Hampden County Bar Association.

    Edward was admitted to U.S. Supreme Court in 1969, Federal District Court of Massachusetts and U.S. District Court of Vermont in 1957.

Christine Paralegal/Office Manager, CHRISTINE M. DAVIDSON davidson@choiceonemail.com

Christine has been with Andersen & Lee, P.C. since 1982, starting as a wordprocessor and becoming Office Manager in 1991. She is the first contact anyone has with our office, answering our clients questions, educating them on our services and assisting them to determine their needs.

Christine received her Paralegal Certificate from Westfield State College, Westfield, Massachusetts in 1991, attended seminars at Elms College and others offered by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. As a paralegal, she has received training in legal research and drafting legal documents including: Personal Injury Protection Applications, Answers to Interrogatories, Response to Request for Production of Documents, Personal Injury Settlement Demand Letters, Federal Estate Tax Return Form 706, Massachusetts Estate Tax Return Form M706, Petitions for Probate of Will and all related documents for filing with probate court.

Christine lives in Westfield with her husband, Robert.
